learning to post again!

Okay the Blogspot has change things up for me...have to re-learn all the settings to be able to post...so please be patient with me as I try to learn these steps.

Okay ...Sorry to you all!!!! I really jumped away from my blog. I hope to fill in the spaces of the new year much more thorough than 2011.
You all made the shop a very nice success in 2011 and I hope 2012 goes as well and my barbering abilities serve you all well in the coming year.
I've had several people ask if I am stopping the punch cards...no I'm not. I do them for a Thank You to all of you for your patronage to me. I couldn't do it without you.

Well time flies!! Here I am again behind on the bogging. So let me see if I can get all of you caught up on the news and happenings. Thank you all for being so understanding on me taking some time away from the shop the end of February. My two boys and I had a wonderful week end trip to Florida. The weather was perfect. We had a nice visit with our Aunt and Cousin, and great eats too. Nothing better than fresh sea food!!! The weather has finally hit the warmer mark. It feels so wonderful to step outside and enjoy the sun rays. This is our slow time at the shop,with the warmer weather everyone wants to get started on the yards and planning the flower gardens. The golfers are out on the greens and loosening up those joints to get that hole in one, and baseball season has stated again. GO CUBS GO!!!! I always cheer for the underdogs. I will be taking a few days away from the shop for family weddings and vacation week in June. I will re post these days later and they Will be posted on the door of the shop also. for family weddings the shop Will be closed: Saturday May 28th. Friday and Saturday June 10th and 11th. Vacation week this year is June 19th through June 27th, I will be back in the shop on Tuesday June 28th at 9 a.m. I thank you for being understanding that family is such an important part of me. I hope this doesn't inconvenience any of you.

Oh my goodness!!!! Can you believe how time has flown by!!!! It's February already and boy am I behind in everything on here.

Well lets do some catching up.

I have been here two whole years now and all of you have made it so special for me. I thank you all, and Thank You to all the customers who have followed me from the old shop to the new shop. You will never know how much it means to me to have you coming back and letting me enjoy the times of your lives.

Merry Christmas to everyone!!!!

It's Christmas Eve and we have snow...how exciting !!!!!!! It is so beautiful outside this time of the year when we get snow.

It's been just to cold for most of us,but the last two days have warmed up just enough to warm our bones for a while. Been working hard at keep the ice away from the walkway for everyone. Can you believe we have just 14 more days till Christmas? The year of 2010 has flown by and each and everyone of you has made it a fantastic year for the shop...We greatly appreciate at each and every one of you.

We will be Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and be back on Tuesday December 28th.
As for ringing in the new year, we will close New Years Eve at 3p.m. and be closed New Years Day and be open again Tuesday January 4th.

We are wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year for 2011.
